History
Here I offer 30 & 60 min sessions. Each month measurements will be taken to see progress. Nutritional information will be provided month, therefore the client can try out different eating programs and stick to the one they like. Most exercises are body weight exercises, free weights such as dumbbells , barbells and resistance bands. Each individual is different therefore everyone has different goals and different fitness abilities but most of clients sessions involve cardio, abs and resistance training. There are days which is one on one training with the trainer, and days when the trainer will be training two or more people at a time, similar to group training. I had clients with injuries (knee, back, shoulders) and also diseases/syndromes (MS, parkinson's, lyme) and we work around those problems and strengthen the weaknesses. I had 11 years old clients who are getting into shape to play little league. And I have helped 70 year old clients to improve flexibility and mobility.
