Natural Italian gelato and sorbet made fresh daily in small batches using Los Angeles farmers market ingredients and Italian excellences such as Bronte pistachio and Piedmont hazelnut, in accordance with traditional Italian recipes. Whatever we can make from scratch, we make, including cooking the sugar for the salted caramel, so we can add French butter to it, or making the cookies for the cookies 'n cream flavor. 100% gluten-free gelato and waffle cones and lots of vegan options to choose from. We also offer a small selection of homemade gluten-free pastries such as tiramisu, Sicilian cannolis, brownies, cheesecake and cookies. Alejandra is our pastry chef, and she's the one who makes all the gluten-free pastries you find in our shop.
