History
I was an overweight, sluggish, uncoordinated teenager with low self-esteem. Taking notice of this, my dad got me into the weight room and I've never looked back! Through the years, I've learned dozens of different training methods and have participated in Martial Arts and other physical activities to maximize my knowledge of human movement and potential! Now, 19 years later, I want to share it with as many people as I can!
