History

Lions Pool (City of Oakland Facility) founded on August 1929 is located at Dimond Park, underneath from the Dimond Recreation Center. We serve the Dimond & Laurel district with fun, safe and aquatic recreational programs. Our programs include lap swimming, seasonal summer swimming classes and lessons for tiny tots, children and adults, swim team practice and much more

Thick black scum at waterline tiles. Clearly not cleaned for weeks which is unacceptable and a public health issue for such a heavily used pool. Usually crowded.
