Delta Awards was founded by Bob and Michelle Hallet in Stockton, Calif. Bob and Michelle have since retired and the current owner is Tim Emmons, who has been the owner since 2006. Delta Awards is proud of it's 35 plus years of serving Stockton and surrounding communities.
