DCH Roasters, Inc. is a family owned and operated coffee roasting company that started with just a small coffee cart in 2003 at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Riverside. Today, there are more than 10 DCH Roasters stores throughout the Inland Empire, servicing the Riverside and San Bernardino Counties in Southern California.

DCH was pretty much out of everything worth eating on a Saturday morning when I came. No cream cheese, no whipped cream, bagels would take "forever to cook," no yogurt, no triple berry smoothies....
