In April 2013 Business Researchers celebrated two milestones: our 10 year anniversary and passing the 50 employee mark. In partnership with our customers, we started an experiment in 2010 to build our first big data applications and called it UpStream. We're proud of the momentum we have generated. We also recognize that we've caused some confusion along the way with our two brands, Business Researchers and UpStream. I'm proud to announce that our team of experts behind these two initiatives are back under one name: DataSong. It's a name that reflects our personality. We've spent the last 10 years analyzing customer interactions. As the volume of data increases, so does the amount of noise, and we're dedicated to slicing through that noise to find valuable insights for our customers.
