History
I am certified by CrossFit as a level 3 coach, USA Weightlifting level 2 and CF-L3, NFHS certified. My coaching experience started when I was a special warfare instructor in the Israeli defence forces there I was in charge of the soldiers fitness, combat abilities and Krav Maga. I've been coaching functional movement to individuals and groups, CrossFit, gymnastics, weightlifting and sport specific training. I've trained all women classes for 2 years with emphasis on pregnancy and post pregnancy fitness.
Specialties
My specialty is not specializing. I aim to form broad, general fitness through functional movement training. If your goal is to lose weight, gain weight, sport specific training, coming back from an injury or get in shape after a pregnency, I can get you there! I've coached pro athletes, beginners, pregnent women and more. Training is customized based on the athlete's level of fitness and experience.
