In 1984 our engraver, Michelle Torres, started learning her craft at a small engraving business. For the next 12 years she mastered her skills as a hand engraving and in 1996 became the owner of Crystal Empress. Since then her skills have grown and flourished and she expects nothing but perfection in making each engraving simply the best.
