History
Our business started in Seal Beach in 2006. We still own and operate our lovely cafe till today. It was there that to love of baking bloomed from necessity of wanting a better bread and pastry product for our cafe. We started baking as soon as we settled in 2006. Baking pastries, croissants, muffins etc. 2011 was a pivotal year as we embarked into commiting to build a proper bakery next to our restaurant. Construction finished mid 2012, meanwhile we have spent all that time working on our lamination and bread baking skills. Till today we are still on that same mission to be better at our passion and learn new things all the time. 2016 we moved to our current location with 6000 sq.ft and baking 24/7 for you. We love what we do and hope it shows in our product being sold all over the southland. Thank you so much for all your support.
