Added Financial Abuse Specialist Team (FAST) 1998 - Awarded contract for Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program(HICAP) 2000 - Established Continuing Education Program 2000 - Awarded Linkages Program 2003 - Friendly Visitors Program joins Council on Aging 2010 - Care Management replaces Linkages Program. Published Senior Guide OC. 2011 - Awarded ReConnect Program 2012 - Awarded HICAP for San Bernardino and Riverside Counties 2013 - Initiated Benefits Enrollment Center (BEC)
