History
Corinne Brown, ASID, worked for Colleen Huntress, ASID the original owner of The Finishing Touch and purchased the business in 1998. The studio was originally located in Sherwin Plaza for five years and then moved to Old Mammoth Rd. (in what is now the Sierra Design Studio building). Corinne built a new, much larger studio on Oaktree Way in the year 2002. The studio houses the largest library within 150 miles of fabrics and samples. The name of the business was changed in 2015 to Brown Design Group. Corinne Brown, ASID is the Principal designer and is a professional member of ASID, is Certified in the State of California and is a member of the prestigious Design Trust. Amy Grahek Callanan is an Associate Designer and is also a licensed Engineer.
