Andrea and Kevin Seppinni's vegan gelato-crafting adventure began after returning from Eastern and Central Europe in 2015. On that trip they enjoyed dairy-free ice cream in Vienna. Vienna even had an all-vegan scoop ice cream shop that they couldn't get enough of. Back home Andrea, who is a classically trained chef, had been making vegan gelato for friends, family and clients since she transitioned to being vegan.
