History
We started as a neighborhood Bible Study group. During the summer of 2014 we would meet in Whisman Park around a picnic table or under the redwoods to worship God together. Then God answered our prayers and we established a relationship with the German International School of the Silicon Valley. That's when we could start renting their school hall for Sunday worship services and classrooms for children's ministry. The next week, it rained. We would have been soaked having worship in the park! We are not a German church, but we continue to use GISSV for our worship services. They have been great hosts! New neighbors have joined our Bible study group so we have become an intimate, relational community of Christians who love the Gospel, love our neighbors and love the City of Mountain View. Come join the work that God is doing in workplaces of our community and the Whisman Park neighborhood!
