History
Originated in Sydney Australia after reaping the rewards of living a more balanced life style, training both the mind and body, I wanted to share it with others. I went from holding down a full time job, training 6-8hrs a day in addition 6 days a week, to training 1.-2hrs a day 5 days a week and was racing in triathlons better then ever. I wanted more to learn this way of training so I left my corporate gig and started CoachedByKylie.
