Nothing hoity-toity here, the friendly Club House will serve up what you're thirsting for, be it the hard stuff, wine or beer (Bud and Sierra Nevada Pale Ale are on tap). Prevent a hangover with the free pretzels or puchase some chips and nuts.
The main barroom features more than 20 stools, four wide-screen TVs and an arcade game. The usual narrow barfront stretches deep into the block to accommodate a game room (darts, pinball and foosball are there), an outdoor patio where smoking is allowed and a sandpit for horseshoes.
Like any good bar, the Club House has developed its community of regulars (lots of vets) who share jokes and tall tales, games and Saturday BBQ on the patio. It's a natural gathering place for birthdays and wakes, though all customers walking through the door are welcome to join in these "private" events.
