Glendora City Hall has various divisions, including personnel, administration, public services and finance departments. Its economic development department coordinates all business attraction, retention and expansion efforts. Its finance department provides support services, such as accounting, payroll, accounts payable, budgeting, cashiering, data processing and risk management. Its personnel department handles employee recruitment, testing and selection for all city departments. The personnel office also handles labor and employee relations matters and administers the workers' compensation program. Its planning division provides information regarding property development, zoning, setback requirements, variances and conditional use permits. Its recycling division provides information and administers programs that assist the public and the city in reducing waste and increasing recycling.
