Dramatic mountain architecture featuring vaulted beamed ceilings, rock fireplaces and natural building materials of redwood, cedar and stone, creates a very special atmosphere. The one to four bedroom Town homes and Condominiums are clustered to preserve open spaces and compliment the environment. Chinquapin has over 23 different floor plans and three types of locations - lakefront, lake view and forest view. Not all unit sizes are available in all three locations. We are also pleased to offer standard and deluxe accommodations. CHINQUAPIN is 95 wooded acres along a mile of Lake Tahoe's pristine shore.
