During this investigation she created America's first human sex trafficking hotline that remains the largest and most comprehensive toll free hotline for America's children who are victimized by prostitution. In an effort to track the Hillside Stranglers, Lee established the first-ever street outreach program & she later created the first drop in center and shelter home specifically for American children forced to prostitute.
