Charlie Frank's Pies was born out of my desire to bake Christmas gifts for my family and friends on year. At the age of 62, I spent about 3 hours in the supermarket considering many possibilities. Finally I decided on baking a sweet potato pie. To make it special, I would add peaches thus giving birth to Charlie Frank's Pies. Now 12 years later I have created a vanilla fudge sweet potato pie, a coconut rum and a Caribbean ginger sweet potato pies. I also offer wonderful peach cobbler, key lime pie and various pound cakes.
