We are Central Coast Distillery, a boutique distillery, hand-crafting virtuous single batch spirits. Our unconventional approach to the age-old craft of distilling has led us to venture out and create a range of spirits that complement a healthy lifestyle and can be enjoyed with little guilt. In keeping with our convictions, we encouraging clean consumption, and bottle only the purest portion of the spirit referred to as the heart of the distillation. In keeping with his philosophy as the “Forager”, Chef Eric Olson exercises his 20 plus years of culinary training and expertise in creating small plates consisting of only the freshest pick and seasonally sourced ingredients
