Center of Gravity Pilates is located in the College Center Shopping Plaza. It is located near the local colleges and universities so it attracts a large number of students either by foot or cycle. The center offers a few classes per week, but mainly the studio is designed for personal one-on-one training with one of its trainers. The work is centered on finding the center of a person's body and from there, all strength and balance may be achieved and strengthened. It has a small shop that sells scented oils and body products by Devin's Organics. The Center offers a free 30-minute trial for new clients interested in getting centered. It accepts all ages, sizes and body types who may have a little or a lot of pilates experience.
