HistoryThe Szarmach's started a small family child care in 1990, and by 1991 it got licensed for capacity of 12. Over the years we remodeled the home to make for the best arrangement for caring for children. We have adopted new procedures to make our child care safer, have better nutrition and are associated with Food Program with Contra Costa Child Care Council since 1990, and equipped with a great education program. Over the years we have served over 300 families and their children. We have many of our customers from referrals. Often times we bump into parents of now-adult kids we once cared for. It is always a joy to hear when they say how well their kids do in colleges, and when they jokingly say it must be those famous homemade meals Majka cooked for them.SpecialtiesWe run a licensed Family Child Care Home 0-2 yr old Infant Care in home like, loving environment, stimulating activities, healthy nutrition, 2 yr to 5 yr Preschool with credentialed teacher, balanced with physical activities and nutritious meals.
