Established in 1925, Cathedral High School provides Catholic and academic education to more than 600 boys, who are primarily from low-income families living in Los Angeles. The school s academic curriculum includes religious studies, English, science, mathematics, social studies, Spanish, visual and performing arts, and physical education. It has a campus ministry, and offers various extracurricular activities, such as athletic decathlon, computers, games, guitar, math , outdoor roller hockey, weightlifting and outdoors clubs, National Honors Society, pep band, prom committee, and Sociedad Honoraria Hispanica. The school also offers counseling programs, and various sports activities, including basketball, baseball, soccer, football, hockey, tennis, swimming, softball and cross-country. Cathedral High School is located in Los Angeles.
