History
Carpe Vino was launched in 2002 and the restaurant was opened in 2006. Our location is very special, we're located in a structure built in 1855 and was formerly home to the Union Saloon. We occupy four store fronts, as well as the Wine Mine, a separate stone building used for special parties, wine maker dinners and over-flow dining. The Wine Mine could be the oldest buidling in Old Town Auburn.
