Capriotti's began in 1976 in Wilmington, Delaware. Even though sandwich shops were abundant in the area, the Capriotti's team had a dream of creating something unique - a sandwich for "real turkey lovers." To achieve this, they started roasting whole fresh turkeys overnight. This concept instantly set them apart from their competition and still does to this day. The signature sandwiches include the Bobbie, American Wagyu Cheese Steak, and even a vegetarian Impossible Cheese Steak.
