History
In 1981 Kim Tar Noodle House opened its doors in the heart of LA's historic Chinatown bringing the familiar flavors of Southeast Asia to southern California. 34 years later we've decided to keep our families' traditions alive. We are honored to share with you our longstanding family recipes and present to you Capital Noodle Bar.
Specialties
The concept behind Capital Noodle Bar was inspired by our family's first Noodle House restaurants in the early 1980's. Our specialties include our famous Chiu Chow noodle bowls and Hainan Chicken rice. We also offer rice and stir fried noodle dishes as well as various side dishes.
