Take a look at the dates of most of these reviews... they are really old. Things have certainly been made better. The buildings are in a little bit of rough shape, but they are being improved...

Been here slightly over 2 months and only complaint I have is lack of parking, we only have 1 spot for a 3 bedroom and overflow is always full. So having 3 cars, 2 or them are always rotating...
