Power to fridge storing our child's insulin, outlet had to be replaced entirely. Notice light out.

How plumbing was ran when we moved in, lop sided. Wouldn't drain properly.

Fence that fell over during storm. It was corrected by them popping one screw back into it. Lazy and dangerous.

Heater won't turn on, pilot light out on furnace. Used oven to warm apartment. Neighbor re-lit water heaters pilot light when that went out.

Rusty door, hardly repaired ANYTHING in this unit while tenant resided here, because she was on low income.

This place has terrible management. The parking is a free for all and the turn over rate is high. Nothing is managed at all! Garbage cans everywhere, barking dogs, loud music etc... All around a...
