Established in 1931, California State University, Fresno Foundation is a nonprofit organization that serves as a contracting agent and provides services in support of the California State University. It manages the financial activities relating to sponsored research grants and contracts, gifts and endowments, scholarships, loans and campus program trust accounts. It also provides assistance to faculty and staff with the administration of grants, contracts and trust accounts. The foundation offers a variety of services, including assistance in budgets, contract interpretations, follow-ups in resolving discrepancies, personnel and payroll functions, monitoring account expenditures, and fiscal and accounting services. It operates through several divisions that include executive, audit, budget, development, investment and membership. It is located in Fresno, Calif.
