My first job was as a process server in college. I then learned how to prepare eviction paperwork. I started this business after graduation in June 1980. Originally I prepared, filed, and served all papers myself. When the business grew, I hired a registered process serving company to file and serve all documents. Now I work solely at the office preparing documents and providing status updates. I have been at this same location since 1981.
Specialties
I prepare eviction documents for landlords. Also provide document filing and process serving. I only charge for work as you need it done, there is no large up front fee. I do not have any employees. Customers will speak to me personally. I am the one preparing your documents and provide immediate status updates. I am also a landlord myself and understand the need for urgency in eviction proceedings. I am a bonded and registered Unlawful Detainer assistant.
