The La Mesa Recreation Center hosts the California Ballet School's adult ballet class, where both beginners and experienced dancers improve their technique. The wood-floored gymnasium has mirrors on one wall and a ballet barre for ballet warm-up exercises on the other wall, making it an excellent location for learning and instruction. Classes are offered Tuesday and Thursday for ages 15 and up.
