Childhood friends Alessandro Ercoli, Gianpietro Silardi, and Lino Savoia embarked on the journey of opening this quintessential Italian restaurant in 1990. However, in 1998, Lino departed to pursue his culinary venture. In 2022, Gianpietro retired, leading to the formation of a new partnership. Alongside Alex, the current proprietors are Riccardo Menichetti, from Tuscany, a long-time friend with a strong passion for food and cooking, and Teri Ercoli (Alex's wife) an enthusiastic foodie, with a deep appreciation of Italian cuisine.
