History

Le Monde bakery was established in 1993. We started selling the first green waffles in the area in 1996 and eventually opened up Century Bakery in Grand Century Mall. After 15 years at Century Mall, we have now reestablished ourselves as CA Bakehouse in Vietnam town. Taking traditional Hong Kong, TeoChew, and Vietnamese inspired baking with a new twist.
