Only one person working. Extremely slow and not any trucks that were reserved.

Maintenance Required. I was given this vehicle for my trip from CA to TX.

If the min. amount of days i have to use the vehicle is 99 hrs which is 4 days am I being charged for 7 days if I only used it for 5?

Crappy job of "cleaning" the car and cigarette smell.

This makes you feel secure driving off of the lot ... NOT!
