Back in 1962, Ladd's Liquor Store opened up at this location. It was eventually taken over by new owners, and in 2001, it was renamed Broadway Wine & Spirits. The Ladd's sign still radiates outside. Inside customers will find frozen food, ice cream, candy, Ramen Noodles and more, in addition to its namesake items.

Hank's Liquor is a convenient neighborhood store located on Santa Monica Boulevard and 15th Street that sells wholesale and retail bottles of beer, wine and liquor. The shelves are stacked to the rafters with bottles of domestic and imported fine wines, beer and spirits. It also provides small items like cigarettes, snacks, beverages, lottery tickets and more. The management and staff greet you with a smile, and make customers feel welcome. It's just like the sign in the window says: "Thank you for shopping here, your business is appreciated."
