History
Neil Collins first started making Bristols cider in 1994, mostly for personal comsumption due to the lack of dry cider here in the United States. After years of making cider Niel, his wife Marci, and his sister Jackie, started serving it in their tasting room at Lone Madrone (Our sister company.) The cider was able to gain enough popularity that it has now become its own entity know as Bristols Cider House as of Summer 2014!
