Began independent training July 2016 after working intensively in a small private training studio in Brentwood at Dylan Conrad Fitness. Focus on individualized attention, programming and coaching to help clients meet their unique goals through Private (1 on 1) and Semi-Private (1-2 clients) training.

Through functional strength training clients will learn to move and feel better during daily life as well as preform exercises efficiently on their own.
