History
Since 1963, we have been changing lives. We are currently serving kids ages 5-18 at five sites in Vista & Oceanside serving over 4,000 kids a year.

Our mission is to empower every Club member, through safe and impactful experiences to: graduate high school with a plan for college or a career, contribute to their community, and live a healthy life. Established in 1963, BGCV meets the needs of over 4,300 youth ages 5-18 regularly at five program sites serving youth residing primarily in Vista and Oceanside, California. BGCV is open
