Hi, I'm Courtney Bozzuto! l am a Lincoln California based permanent make up artist since 2018. Along with being a consultant for the clean skin care and make up line Beautycounter, I blend my permanent make up skills and love for helping women feel beautiful and confident in their own skin by combining my two passions.
