Bookworks is South Lake Tahoe's only bookstore. Located right next to Freshies Restaurant, Bookworks is 100% volunteer run with all proceeds benefitting local Tahoe families.

Absolutely lovely store that I could hunt around in for hours. Staff is super friendly & prices are very reasonable. Doesn't hurt you can also grab an ice cream down the hall when you visit.
