BOMA Orange County is a member of BOMA CAL and BOMA International. Each is a source of information on building management and operations, development, leasing, building operating costs, energy consumption patterns, local and national building codes, legislation, occupancy statistics, technological developments and other industry trends. Nellie Carlen founded BOMA OC in order to meet the needs of the CRE industry within Orange County. BOMA OC's members are building owners, managers, developers, leasing professionals, corporate facility managers, asset managers, and the providers of the products and services needed to operate commercial properties BOMA OC is the primary source of information on legislative issues affecting the Commercial Real Estate industry. BOMA OC furthermore focuses on emerging technologies that are transforming the way we transact business by exchanging ideas and acquiring knowledge through our Educational programs and events held throughout the year.
