ProActive Health was established at Shape-Up fitness center in Newport Beach California in 1997. It has been in its current location since 1999.

ProActive Health specializes in the assessment and treatment of all sports and exercise injuries. Dr. Richard Bobinski has 30 years of educational and clinical experience in Sports Medicine, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic and personal training. He is certified in ART, Neil-Ascher technique for Frozen Shoulder and is well versed in Rolfing, Feldenkries, Alexander and Schulman techniques.
