The Body Zone is a complete workout facility. With plenty of parking and access, complete childcare and long hours, you can fit your workout into any schedule. There is an onsite pro shop where you can buy clothing and accessories. Body Zone also offers group and private instruction as well as a knowledgable, professional staff to make all your workouts great. Massage is available by appointment.
