Established in 1987.
Dr. Bocchino became interested in chiropractic after an auto accident. His pain worsened for six months while being treated by different specialties of traditional medicine and physical therapy. Discouraged with the treatment results, Dr. Bocchino sought chiropractic treatment and his symptoms completely resolved.
With his love and amazement of chiropractic, Dr. Bocchino entered Cleveland Chiropractic College in Los Angeles and graduated as valedictorian of his 1987 class. Upon graduating, he started his practice in Costa Mesa in 1987. He moved to Irvine in 1991 opening Bocchino Chiropractic in Harvard Place at the corner of Harvard Avenue and Main Street and stayed there until 2013.
In January 2014, Dr. Bocchino moved his practice to a brand new, larger facility on MacArthur Blvd. near Main Street, just off the 405 Freeway in Irvine.
Dr. Bocchino specializes in patients with difficult and chronic conditions in addition to auto injuries, worker's compensation, slip and falls, sports injuries, scoliosis, sciatica, migraine and chronic headaches. He also works on frozen shoulders, knee, ankle and wrist pain.
Dr. Bocchino uses a variety of techniques including traditional chiropractic adjustments as well as non-force methods which are ideal for pregnant women, infants and elderly patients.
Dr. Bocchino utilizes various physiotherapy modalities including ultrasound, traction tables, active release technique, electrical muscle stimulation, heat and ice. He can also provide orthotics.
His goal is to get you out of pain and keep you out of pain. To help with this goal in stabilizing your condition, Dr. Bocchino will provide exercises for long term correction.
Dr. Bocchino has a long term relationship with orthopedic surgeons and MRI facilities for those cases he believes needs further evaluation and assistance.
