left side of window. caulking coming undone, cracking and yellowing. ugly for $14k. 04/24

01/24 issues with caulking separating from walls creating huge gaps between the shower pan and walls.

bottom of right side of window, caulking yellowed and bulging. very ugly to look at and constantly dirty looking 04/24

inner left corner by shower door. caulking seperated, discolored, cracking. 04/24

cut a larger hole by the drain pipe? told not to worry about not having caulking because shower pan would prevent water and mold in walls

04/24 mold growing in caulking and separating from walls. cannot get mold without ripping out caulking.
