Blinds Etc. was established in 1993, retailing blinds out of home. In 1994 Blinds Etc began manufacturing Vertical Blinds out of a loft they rented in a warehouse. By May of 1994 the loft grew too small and Blinds Etc opened its first factory off of 9th St. After one year there Blinds Etc decided to expand more by moving to a larger warehouse off of 11th St. in Upland and by manufacturing Horizontals as well as Verticals. In 2006 Blinds Etc moved to its current location off of 11th St. in Upland in a 3,500 square foot warehouse complete with two offices and a full show room. We are licensed bonded and Insured Contractors with the state of California and triple A+ rated with the Better Business Bureau.
