Instead of sanding the lumps, first,Bill took a shortcut and simply floated around them. They spent about 2 hours still charged $500

After I complained about paying $500 for this small job, Bills guy came back spent 1 hour sanded but didn't float or texture properly.

Original issue, weird lumps on the ceiling. Bill quoted $400 to fix + $100 to paint, said his hourly rate is $60
