We have been in the fitness industry for 20 plus years and formed Better Body Bootcamp & Personal Training Centers, Inc. Better Body Bootcamp is a High Intensity Low Impact (HILI) program that has found the balance between intensity and sustainability. The workouts are structured to allow anyone to come multiple days a week and still give enough time for the body to recover and to build lean muscle. We have over 25 years of experience in all phases of taking care of people! Our trainers are certified through N.A.S.M. which stands for the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and have many years of practical experience! We start out at whatever level you are at: beginner, weight loss, athlete, recovery, we have experienced success with all ages 8 - 80+ male or female, the testimonials are online and on the walls!
