Boyfriend? Injuries? Eating habits? All of this can affect your fitness routine. I specialize my training by creating a realistic and progressive workout routine that delivers results! Nutrition is extremely important to us a at Better Body. All members are provided with a diet plan and are constantly encouraged to eat clean. Lisa takes a very personal and passionate approach to your health, you will receive check ins, supportive meetings, homework assignments, and more.
